With a rich background in technology and business, I am committed to helping you understand and utilize technology in a way that enriches your life and work.
My Technological Foundation
My tech journey began when my dad brought home our first computer to our home in southern Sweden — a Luxor (an old Swedish computer manufacturer) ABC 1600 which ran on a hard drive with a capacity of 13 MB and 5.25-inch floppy disks that could hold 640 KB each.
And as a young tech geek in the mid 90s, I was gripped by the advent of the internet in its early days, and learned how to code websites in HTML (although they were quite horrible by all standards).
The use of computers and internet grew and grew for both me personally and the world as a whole, and as a teenager I started making websites for friends and family, as well as doing smaller graphic design gigs as well for different organizations and groups I was involved in.
In other words — I’ve been living and breathing computers and other technology my entire childhood, and as you’ll see further down as well my entire professional life.
Work Experience – Why you should trust me
My interest in tech took me to Silicon Valley and the SF Bay Area, and after earning my degree from UC Berkeley, I joined a major tech startup in San Francisco and headed their launch in Sweden for the next few years.
This experience at the heart of the tech world was instrumental in shaping my understanding of how technology can help people, from the most basic needs as a consumer to the needs of a global tech startup and the forefront of the internet age.
Eventually I had to return to Sweden, and for more than a decade, I have been running a tech consultant business in southern Sweden, working closely with small to medium businesses both locally and internationally.
As a tech consultant for small and medium businesses, you get your hands dirty both researching and installing all kinds of gadgets — from printers and computers to IoT systems and AI bots. I’ve helped hundreds of companies over the years to navigate through the myriad of tech options and find solutions that truly fit their needs.

This takes us to today, and to Better Tech Guide; the culmination of my years of learning, exploring, and understanding technology. This platform is where I share my expertise, experiences, and insights with a broader audience, helping even more people make informed tech decisions and use tech more wisely.
